River city was really quick getting me an estimate and really quick getting me scheduled. They were all very professional and I was very impressed with how efficient and quickly they took down three of our trees one of them very large. Their estimate was very competitive and actually they were one of the few that got back with me. I called three other companies that never got back to me but in comparison other reviews with prices it was a good price. Not only did they cut down three trees but they trimmed several trees and got rid of three large limb piles that I had in my common area. Very happy customer. Highly recommend.

Very nice I will use they service again

We live on a small lot in the city and have a very large pin oak in the backyard that is on the verge of dying. Steve met with me and laid out all the options of pruning versus cutting it down. He was upfront about the process and the cost. He contacted ameren and coordinated dropping the lines and the estimated time we would be without power. All that was impressive but what I was most impressed with was the clean up. I’ve worked with several contractors that leave a mess when they’re done but that was definitely not the case here! I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this crew. I highly recommend!

River City Trees removed a very large oak tree next to the house that had branches overhanging the roof and was rotting at the base.They were very strategic in the order of branch removal and carefully avoided damaging nearby oaks and of course the roof. And they carefully measured to accommodate my husband's request for a 12" cut on stump and branches so that we could handle them to cut and split for firewood. They were very punctual on the day of service and excellent at corresponding prior to the removal date. The workers were extremely polite, and careful around the other plantings. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I've used them multiple times as has my neighbor. I trust them and will use them in the future.

Steve and his crew cut down four trees in our yard. It was a pleasure to work with them. He contacted Ameren before and after the work to drop the power line and put it back up. The whole process was so easy for us. They were on time, safe, professional, efficient and a great group of guys. Highly recommend them.

These guys got the work done when they said they wood. My tree's are off the houses now and should be in great shape for several years to come. They did 3 properties for me in 1 day!

River City was the last tree service that gave us a bid and it was lower than all the rest... So professional, cut down a huge tree in a few hours and cleaned everything up... We like them so much that they are cutting another tree down for us next week...
